8U & 10U 

The 8U and 10U program begins in May and continues through July.  The 8U program is typically 1st and 2nd Grade and 10U is typically 3rd and 4th Grade. See the lacrosse age chart for details.  Waivers may be requested through the lacrosse program director.  

 

8U Regular Season

8U summer (late May to July), this group plays outdoors on half fields. Games are in a 5x5 format and are typically played without a goalie, with a focus on skill development.

8U tentative practice times:

  • Mon/Wed 6-7:30pm
  • Games - Weekdays TBD

8U Tournaments (tentative):

  • LAX by the Lake (Prior Lake) June 28-30, 2024
  • Year End Jamboree: July 20-21, 2024 - Location TBD

 

10U Regular Season

10U summer (May to July),  outdoor on half fields. Games will be played 7x7 with a goalie, with a focus on skill development.

10U tentative practice times:

Tues/Thurs 6-7:30pm

10U Tournaments (tentative):

  • LAX by the Lake (Prior Lake), June 28-30, 2024
  • Year-end Jamboree: July 20-21, 2024

 

EVAA participates in Youth Lacrosse Minnesota (YLM) for the summer season. Games schedule: TBD.

Independence Day Blackout Dates. No YLM games will be scheduled for these dates.

12U - 14U

12U & 14U is split into two seasons.  12U is generally 5-6th graders and 14U is 7th and 8th.  See the lacrosse age chart for details.  Waivers may be requested through the lacrosse program director.  

Spring Season (April-May)

12U and 14U spring lacrosse teams will have one practice per week (day TBD), plus 1-2 games through the Great Northern Lacrosse League (GNLL) per weekend on the same day, either Saturday or Sunday at outdoor locations around the Twin Cities.  Spring games begin April 13 and continue through June 2. The cost for spring lacrosse is $150/player.  

Summer Season (june -July)

The 12U and 14U Teams will participate in the Youth Lacrosse Minnesota (YLM) summer season. Beginning in June, all league games occur during the week (blackout period during the week of July 4th). The cost for summer lacrosse is $430/player.

Summer Tournaments*:

  • Viking GOAT (Farmington), June 1-2, 2024
  • LAX by the Lake (Prior Lake), June 29-30.
  • State Tournament - July 27-28, 2024. 

*families may elect to play in additional tournament(s) for an additional cost.  Each team will handle this separately.

  • Spring Lacrosse: April and May (12U and 14U teams only) 
  • Regular Season: May 15 - end of July  Registration closes April 12th.

*The current cutoff date of 6/1 is for 8th graders only. Players in 9th grade are not eligible to play 14U.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be available through the close of registration.

A refund of 50% of the registration fees will be granted up to 7 days after registration closes.

NO REFUNDS will be granted after 7 days of registration closing. NO EXCEPTIONS

You may choose to split your payment on the payment screen (50% down, remainder due May 1)

Age waivers may be available for summer birthdays to play with their grade. Waivers are granted on a case by case basis. Please reach out to the Lacrosse Director as waivers must be approved by the lacrosse leagues.
